In this pivotal role, youll support the store manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional service, and creating a positive, inspiring store culture. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team to achieve outstanding results, while acting as a key ambassador for the brands values and vision.
