Deputy Project Manager

Job Overview:

The Deputy Project Manager supports the Construction Director in the overall management and delivery of energy projects, with a strong focus on wind and solar farm construction. The role spans tendering, pre-construction, execution, post-award administration, and close-out phases.
Acting as the Construction Director's delegate, the Deputy Project Manager coordinates project controls, subcontractor and vendor interfaces, executive reporting, and cross-functional alignment (Design, Commercial, Legal, Procurement). The position is designed for a professional capable of independent decision-making, proactive risk management, and leadership across multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
