Deputy Program Manager

**Description**

SAIC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join our team supporting the Department of the Air Force’s (DAF) mission. ABMS is the Air Force’s latest effort to develop a next-generation command-and-control (C2) environment and is a top modernization priority for the DAF. ABMS is foundational to the broader Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) initiative, enabling rapid decision-making, multi-domain integration, and resilient warfighter support. This position is Hybrid with work being performed in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

+ Planning, directing, scheduling, and executing all elements of the member product’s delivery.
+ Overseeing cost estimating, cost management, schedule development, performance monitoring, and reporting across the product lifecycle.
