Deputy Manager - Teddington

FitzRoy are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our welcoming and dedicated team in Teddington to work across our supported living services, on a permanent basis working 22.5 hours per week.

We support up to 20 adults across our three supported living services, working alongside individuals with learning disabilities and autism, including those who are non-verbal. Our focus is always on delivering person-centred support that enables people to live fulfilling, meaningful lives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in care who is ready to take on a leadership role where they can make a genuine difference—both to the people we support and to the team they lead.
