1. Well Knowledge In Development of Process and Product for Sheet metal Stamping Parts, Robotic Weld line, development of aggregates like Cargo assy, Frame Assy, Cabin Assy etc2. Expertise in Product development activities involving Component Development, Plant Engineering, Assy Line Lay outing, Tack & Most calculation, Line Balancing Through Cycle time, Material Handling Planning & Approval, Development of new sources (Suppliers selection), Monitoring & Project Coordination and Procurement of materials from sources.3. RFQ, Process Sign-off, Quote Synthesis, Commericals / VOB, APQP, PR/PO/Schedules, Packaging, Time line monitoring, Development Tracking, Producitonisation, Concern clossures and Co-ordination with Plant team.Experience
