Deputy Manager

Minimum 06 years of relevant experience with Masters including at least 01 years in supervisory capacity “OR” Minimum 05 years of relevant experience with Bachelors including at least 02 years in supervisory capacity

Education

MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, BScN, Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or a related discipline. A Master’s degree in Healthcare Management (MBA/MHA), Public Health (MPH/MSPH), Quality Management / TQM, Epidemiology, or similar relevant discipline will be preferred. Diploma or Certification in Healthcare Quality will be preferred

Job Description

The Deputy Manager responsible for implementing the quality of services in all clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital. Also, responsible to assist in the national and international accreditations and quality initiatives by establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management systems, and other departmental responsibilities as assigned.
