CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT WITH 3 TO 6 YRS

Area of responsibilities:

• Act as finance point of contact between the Brazil local team and the India corporate finance team.
• Support preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements for Brazil entities.
• Act as finance point of contact for asset monetization, Inventory transfer, disposal, and related-party asset transactions.
• Support, Coordinate, analysis, Adhoc request activities for Brazil during restructuring period.
• Monthly/quarterly/yearly MIS preparation and reporting
• Any other task as assigned by the Manager from time to time
