- To monitor Supplier performance on monthly & YY basis & guide SQE team accordingly.
- To carryout gap analysis & initiate CAPA aligning the SQA targets.
- To monitor & control nonconformance in components at supplier.
- To promote quality awareness among suppliers
- To ensure cross functional coordination for resolution of quality issues reported in plant.
- To plan & execute meetings with suppliers on monthly basis.
- To plan the strategic road map to improve supplier performance.
- To Freeze & achieve department objective linking to plant objectives.
