Deputy Manager Functional ERP

• Conduct Business Process Analysis, AS-IS Study, FDD, Fit/Gap Analysis, Module Setup, Configurations, Testing, Implementation, Documentation, and Training.
• Lead ERP rollouts and implementations with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Configure, test, and recommend best practices for Oracle EBS R12.
• Communicate effectively and have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Support business users on Oracle’s native functionality on modules like Oracle Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, GLoabl HRMS, Purchasing, ODM, Supply Chain, Taxation and other EBS Modules.
• Responsible for doing Oracle configurations, forms personalization, and other setups.
• Assist and support any Oracle patch upgrade that needs to be done as part of system maintenance.
• Engage Oracle support in critical issues and resolve Oracle production issues.
