We are currently looking for a compassionate, patient, and resilient Deputy Manager to join our team at Netley House in Farnborough. Your role will involve promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and providing practical and emotional support tailored to each persons needs.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Netley House is a transitional residential home for individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including care leavers and people transitioning from hospital settings. We support residents in developing self-sufficiency through positive risk-taking, while ensuring our support is delivered in a person-centred and trauma-informed way. These approaches underpin all aspects of the work carried out within the home.
