Simulation through Delmia/Tools configuration finalization. Assembly process planning of Trims, chassis and final assembly in digital mfg.
Assembly fixture design, designing small tools & equipment using concept knowledge and sequence.
Providing functional area deliverables including respective Manufacturing process.
Identification and resolves issues. Ensuring implementation of Process Driven Product Designs (Mfg Requirements) and manufacturable parts.
Understanding of the New Product based on PALS and PDB. Conducting simulation studies to give a real time feed back to Designers.
Conducting Virtual builds to chack the Issues upfront based on the packaging. Lead role in Develop and Establish the Process planning to Activities DCP Documentation. Ensuring the Digitalisation and Standa...
