Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Planning and execution of New Engine Machining Facility at Multilocations - Igatpuri, Pune, Indore etc.
Planning of Process, Layout & Logistics.
Process automatiom concept development & implementation.
Plant layout & Process layout design with industrial standards.
APQP & PPAP documents (PFC,PFMEA,CP,DFMEA,MFMEA,DAP) - preparation / Updation.
Regular interaction with stakeholders for smooth implementation & hand over.
Knowledge of SPMs like Pressing, Leak Testing, Washing, Torquing etc.
Aware of Machine bought out makes & application suitability.
Ensure trial parts availability for acceptance & prove-out trials. Trial parts handling, logistics, documentation regulations awareness.
Regular interaction with suppliers to ensure on time receipt of equipment.
Preparation of RFQ, scope of supply, technical finalisation including occupational safety new assy line.
