Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Planning and execution of New Engine Machining Facility at Multilocations - Igatpuri, Pune, Indore etc. Planning of Process, Layout & Logistics. Process automatiom concept development & implementation. Plant layout & Process layout design with industrial standards. APQP & PPAP documents (PFC,PFMEA,CP,DFMEA,MFMEA,DAP) - preparation / Updation. Regular interaction with stakeholders for smooth implementation & hand over. Knowledge of SPMs like Pressing, Leak Testing, Washing, Torquing etc. Aware of Machine bought out makes & application suitability. Ensure trial parts availability for acceptance & prove-out trials. Trial parts handling, logistics, documentation regulations awareness. Regular interaction with suppliers to ensure on time receipt of equipment.
