Deputy Manager - Data Analysis & Surveys [ITE Headquarters] – 2 Year Contract

Deputy Manager (Data Analysis and Surveys), Student Development & Recognition works with the three ITE Colleges and various HQ divisions to support the educational and career guidance of students, graduates and alumni; tracks graduates’ employment and employability through Graduate Employment Surveys; fosters alumni relations; and administers and coordinates Special Educational Needs (SEN) support for full-time students, ensuring inclusive practices and delivery of tailored developmental initiatives. The incumbent reports to an Assistant Director.

• Manage Special Educational Needs (SEN) work.
• Liaise with colleges to collate SEN, counselling and SEN fund data for periodic reporting.
• Compile a list of students declared with SEN conditions and MOE health data.
• Provide administrative support to the Special Educational Needs (SEN) workgroup.
• Prepare slides for reporting at MOE Management Meetings ...
