Deputy Manager, Commercial Applied

**Role Responsibilities:**

**Sales & Business Development**

+ Achieve annual sales and margin targets assigned by management.
+ Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with M&E contractors, consultants, developers, owners, and end users.
+ Develop project pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts.
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
**Consultant & Specification Management**

+ Promote Carrier solutions to consulting engineers and project stakeholders.
+ Drive specification inclusion for chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
+ Conduct technical presentations and product briefings.
+ Support consultants in equipment selection and technical evaluations.
**Project & Tender Management**

+ Manage projects from opportunity identification through order closure.
