Deputy Line Leader

The Best Connection Mansfield are currently seeking a Deputy Line Leader for our client based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a pay rate of £15.00 per hour, plus overtime available.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of up to 30 production operatives to ensure productivity and quality targets are met
• Ensure production activities are carried out in line with the production plan, procedures, and standards
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all health and safety and housekeeping standards are upheld
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, internal procedures, and work instructions
