Requirements PhD in Biomedical/ Biotechnology or any other life sciences. Experience and strong technical knowledge in stem cells, or genetics/molecular diagnostics. Project management experience. Laboratory and team management experience is preferable. Experience working in a commercial / hospital laboratory and/or an AABB-accredited laboratory advantageous. Must be Hepatitis B immunized. Description Provide directions and advice to Management, Lab Managers on all technical and lab operational aspects. Lead technical and/or laboratory operational developments for the validation and integration of new products, services and processes. Implementation of new products and initiatives for the company as directed. Scouting and assessments of potential new products, services, technologies and processes for the company.
