Overview

An exciting leadership opportunity in specialist education. We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join a specialist school supporting children and young people with a range of additional learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), MLD and complex needs.

The Role

Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the school, driving excellence in teaching and learning, and ensuring every pupil reaches their full potential.
