The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control professional to join a progressive Local Authority as Deputy Head of Building Control (Class 3 Specialist) .

This is a senior leadership role responsible for supporting the strategic and operational delivery of Building Control services across the borough. The successful candidate will act as a Registered Building Inspector (Class 3 Specialist) , providing expert technical leadership across complex, higher-risk and major development projects while ensuring statutory compliance, public safety and service excellence.
