The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Head Grounds Person to join a professional football club and play a key role in maintaining and developing its playing surfaces and stadium grounds. Working closely with the Grounds Manager, you will help ensure the pitch is presented to the highest professional standards for first-team fixtures, training activities, and stadium events, while contributing to the ongoing development of the club's facilities.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the stadium pitch and surrounding landscaped areas
- Carry out all aspects of pitch maintenance including mowing, line marking, aeration, fertilisation, overseeding, irrigation and pest and disease management
