1. Manage and control expenses and costs - According to established targets, including identifying ways to reduce costs.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives such as improving machine efficiency or reducing waste. 2. Oversee quality in accordance with established targets
- Ensure production meets product specifications and quality standards - Control, defect, analysis, and collaboration with the QA/QC team. 3. Oversee production volume in accordance with established targets.
- Coordinating with planning and maintenance teams - Prevent downtime and ensure the stable operation of weaving machines. 4. Record and report any problems encountered to superiors.
- Document machine malfunctions, material shortages, or manpower issues accurately
- Promptly communicate with the relevant departments and upper management. 5. Identify ways to continuously improve workplace safety
