Deputy General Manager

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented production professional to lead the operations of a high-speed C1S Coated Paper Machine . The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in paper manufacturing, coating technology, production optimization, quality improvement, cost reduction, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end production operations of the C1S coated paper machine, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing. Achieve production, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction targets. Optimize machine productivity through continuous process improvement and reduced downtime. Monitor and improve key production KPIs including OEE, machine efficiency, break frequency, coating consumption, steam and power consumption, reel quality, and customer complaints.
