- Develop and execute business strategies to grow the business, increase market share, and identify opportunities for value-added products.
- Lead long-term planning to support future growth.
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure production targets, product quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Drive improvements in efficiency, waste reduction, and energy usage, while ensuring full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and certification standards.
- Oversee sourcing of key raw materials and manage supply chain risks to ensure reliable and cost-effective operations.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and P&L performance, while leading, developing, and motivating cross-functional teams to build a high-performance organization.
- Other responsibilities as needed
