:  Monitor implementation of SOPs, safety
standards, quality systems, and best engineering
practices.
 Lead manpower planning, training, skill
development, contractor management, and
performance monitoring.
 Carry out root cause analysis for failures and
implement corrective and preventive actions.
 Coordinate interdepartmental activities for
shutdowns, commissioning, troubleshooting, and
emergency handling.
 Prepare MIS reports, departmental performance
reports, and compliance documentation.
 Ensure adherence to environmental, safety,
labour, and industrial regulations.

Job Location : - Nanichher , Lakhpat-Kutchh (Gujarat)

Eligibility Criteria
 B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
 10–15 years in coal handling plant and ash
handling systems including conveyors, crushers,
stackers, reclaimers, weighbridge ...
