Summary You will serve as a DEPUTY FORCE MAINTENANCE OFFICER in the SHIP MAINTENANCE AND MATERIAL READINESS DIRECTORATE (N43) of COMMANDER NAVAL AIR PACIFIC. Responsibilities You will lead execution oversight of maintenance, modernization, and lifecycle sustainment for aircraft carriers. You will serve as a principal advisor on all matters related to ship maintenance, modernization, depot repair, and readiness impact. You will lead integration efforts to ensure synchronized planning, risk mitigation, and execution in support of Optimized Fleet Response Plan (O-FRP) timelines. You will review funding profiles and provide recommendations for adjustments within ship repair funding categories, including emergent maintenance, program maintenance, and Chief of Naval Operations (CNO).
