Opportunity Reporting directly to the Fire Chief, the Deputy Fire Chief, Training, Fleet & Emergency Management is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the department’s operational readiness and long‑term capability. The incumbent provides strategic oversight of training & professional development, fleet and equipment services, and emergency management. They lead the development of high-quality training programs, oversee the lifecycle and reliability of all fire apparatus and specialized equipment, and serve as the Town’s Alternate Community Emergency Management Coordinator.
