Deputy Financial Controller

The Company
We are partnering with a large, complex ANZ business to appoint an interim Deputy Financial Controller to support the Financial Controller and strengthen the financial control framework across the region. This is a high-impact leadership role within a sizeable finance function offering genuine scope to influence process, controls and team capability. 

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will take ownership across core financial control, statutory reporting, tax compliance, treasury oversight and transactional services leadership.

The business is currently strengthening its control environment and simplifying processes, this appointment will be central to that journey. This is not a pure reporting role. It requires someone visible, energetic and confident to drive accountability across the team.
