We’re looking for a dynamic Deputy Divisional Manager to deliver the Urgent & Acute Directorate, supporting the Associate Director of Operations. The role will use managerial skills to support delivery of constitutional standards and lead day‑to‑day operational management.

Key responsibilities include strategic planning, performance improvement, service delivery, and budget and workforce planning, in partnership with clinical colleagues.
