• Administer the Land Titles Act 1993 and the Land Titles (Strata) Act 1967.
• Review, formulate and implement legislation and policies.
• Supervise the operations of the Land Titles Registry to ensure timely and accurate registration of property transactions, including providing policy guidance on operational issues.
• Lead and run legislative and strategic projects to uphold a pro‑business, modern and effective land registration and public search system.
• Provide guidance and coaching to staff to support them in their professional development.
• Engage and deal with internal and external stakeholders in the operations of the Land Titles Registry.

• An LL.B. from a recognised university for admission to the Singapore Bar and/or admitted to the Singapore Bar.
• At least 10-15 years’ legal work experience in conveyancing ...
