The Health Promotion Board (HPB) seeks a Deputy Director (Operational Excellence) to lead organisational-wide transformation, design resilient processes, create audit governance frameworks, manage contracts, and champion evidence‑based programme evaluation.

• Lead end‑to‑end assessments of business processes across HPB.
• Redesign workflows, establish performance indicators, embed continuous improvement mechanisms.
