Compensation: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00

Contractor Work Model: Onsite (no remote work)

Responsibilities


+ Help manage affordable housing and rental assistance programs.

+ Assist with planning, improving, and launching housing programs and new initiatives.

+ Support leadership by identifying ways to improve programs and services.

+ Ensure housing programs follow all rules, regulations, and company policies.

+ Oversee Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8), Project-Based Voucher, and other rental assistance programs.

+ Monitor program performance and recommend improvements when needed.

+ Help increase voucher use, build relationships with landlords, and improve the resident experience.
