SMIG149 Migration Service (SMIG) - Social Asylum Office for Secondary Reception (OSAS) OSAS implements the cantonal asylum policy by managing reception, accommodation, personal, material and health assistance while encouraging the autonomy of beneficiaries and monitoring measures aimed at integration.
