The Deputy Director, Community for Successful Ageing (ComSA) is a hands‑on strategic leadership role who is responsible but not limited to develop and implement strategies, fostering partnership and collaboration, building Integrated Service Model, overseeing community outreach programmes to achieve Tsao Foundation's mission and values.
