 The company, a Belgian communication agency, is looking for its passionate and dynamic  Deputy Creative Director  to join their team.
 If you're a  creative person  who is not only  full of ideas  for activation but is also able to implement them from A to Z, in collaboration with people from different disciplines, this job is for you!
  YOUR MISSION: 
 Lead the creative team, together with the Art Director
 Work closely with other departments of the agency
 Be responsible for developing and executing coherent creative strategies for offline and online campaigns
 work on multiple projects simultaneously, as well as being able to manage a creative team
 understand and interpret creative briefs, present clear concepts and guide team members to ensure that projects are completed successfully (timing, budget,...)
 etc.
