POSITION SUMMARY:
Person in this position will be responsible for providing the clinical and administrative programmatic leadership and oversight of the operations of assigned programs for the California Region. Essential Job Functions include those listed below. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
+ Oversight and direction of day-to-day operations of assigned programs.
+ Oversee staff research projects.
+ Compile and summarize reports as needed.
+ Assist in developing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
