Depot Support - Depot Support Coordinator

The Role

Join us as a Depot Support Co-ordinator within our Depot Support Team. The main purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for Palletforce members. Resolving any problems or queries, and provide a high level of support to the night operation. Ensuring that service levels are monitored and standards are maintained.

Shift & Location

Shift: 07:30 - 16:00 (30 min break). Office based. You will be based in our flagship office in Burton (DE14 2SY). Competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general day-to-day duties relating to the transport function.
• Take incoming telephone calls and enquiries and make outbound calls.
• Process discrepancies on consignments efficiently and effectively, using a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Locate possible missing pallets and damages in a timely, thorough and accurate manner by viewing CCTV footage.
