About the Role

As a Depot Operative at Day Group Ltd, you will be a key part of a fast‑paced, safety‑driven team, responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our Southampton production site. Working within a close‑knit group, you will ensure materials are handled, processed, and moved safely and effectively, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality service across the business.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in hands‑on work, values teamwork, and understands the importance of keeping the site safe, clean, and productive.

Package

Annual salary plus the 9 % non‑contributory pension with Scottish Widows. You may be entitled to the discretionary Annual and Christmas bonuses. Annual leave of 25 days per year, plus 8 Bank Holidays.
