The role focuses on optimising depot operations, leading teams, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement to ensure operational excellence and service quality.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and regulations across all depot operations.

• Coordinate and oversee daily depot activities, identifying opportunities for optimisation of human and material resources.

• Lead, motivate, and support teams, fostering a positive, safe, and collaborative working environment.

• Encourage continuous development and performance improvement of team members.

• Define, implement, monitor and analyse KPIs for the depot, teams, and carriers.
