KMC Recruitment are working with a well-established and respected business within the hire sector to recruit a Depot Fitter for their Reading operation.

This is a key role within the depot, focused on ensuring equipment is maintained, serviced, repaired, and prepared to a high standard before going back out on hire.

The successful candidate will join a busy operational team where safety, quality, and reliability are a big focus. It’s the sort of role that suits someone practical, proactive, and comfortable getting stuck into a varied workload. No two days are ever quite the same, which is great if you enjoy problem-solving rather than staring at the same machine for 10 hours wondering where your life went wrong.
