Job Description

Mission.
Conduct NAV oversight duties, ensuring valuation consistency, accuracy, and adherence to approved methodologies.

Perform regulatory oversight on safekeeping, recordkeeping, cash monitoring, and valuation controls across UCITS and PE/RE funds.

Monitor and challenge the operational output of delegated entities (fund administrators, custodians, third-party providers) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Review, document, and escalate investment restriction breaches, cash flow reconciliations, and other compliance findings in line with depositary obligations.

Execute oversight tasks related to fund onboarding, change events, due diligence of service providers.

Support Depositary Managers in providing technical advisory, anticipating client needs, and ensuring consistency in oversight deliverables.
