We are seeking a Deployment Technician to support a large-scale device deployment project in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role involves replacing and setting up devices while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for end users.
Key Responsibilities

+ Perform device deployments, including setup, replacement, and basic configuration

+ Execute “white glove” device swaps with a strong focus on customer service

+ Follow established procedures while adapting to changing onsite needs

+ Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues appropriately

+ Communicate clearly with end users, including both clinical and administrative staff

+ Track completed work and report any challenges or issues to project leadership
