Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Service Centre Kiosk at each TNB location within the assigned state(s)
• Verify user identity and device eligibility before commencing configuration
• Join devices to Microsoft Entra ID (Hybrid or Cloud-native as per deployment guide)
• Set up and validate Windows Hello for Business (PIN and biometric authentication)
• Register and configure FIDO2 security keys where applicable
• Register Microsoft Authenticator for passwordless phone sign-in
• Configure Passkeys on eligible devices
• Guide users through Cisco Duo MFA registration if not pre-enrolled
• Validate successful passwordless sign-in before releasing the device to the user
• Log each configuration against the user record (name/ID, device type, date, status)
• Escalate complex technical blockers to the Technical Lead immediately
