Job Description

VCUarts Qatar’s Graphic Design department is a community of makers, researchers, and strategists dedicated to using design thinking to communicate ideas and impact the world. We are seeking dynamic Adjunct Faculty members to teach undergraduate courses within our BFA program.
As an Adjunct Instructor, you will guide students through a curriculum that prioritizes making as a primary mode of investigation and research as a critical lens for understanding context. You will have the opportunity to teach across various levels, from sophomore visual principles to senior-level synthesis projects.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver studio-based or lecture-based courses such as Core Studio, Design Practices, or specialized electives (e.g., Typographic Systems, Web Design, or Book Arts).

Support students in developing visual and verbal representation skills and foster a non-hierarchical learning environment.
