Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform various management activities within the department.
• Define objectives and clearly communicate expectations to the team while providing feedback for continuous improvement and coaching them to achieve results.
• Ensure management of purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, salary productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness.
• Apply and respect the budgets related to the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or college degree.
• Management experience.
