Join our Architectural Coatings business and be part of a global organisation, in an exciting role at the forefront of production of high performance products. You will lead a team that is responsible for production, from manufacture of product to customer quality and service levels in an organized, compliant, cost‑effective and safe environment. You will report to the Manufacturing Director.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10 people directly and indirectly for 30‑40 production staff.
• Responsible for delivery of all agreed EHS/Sustainability targets to meet and improve environmental and health and safety legislation.
• Responsible for all annual production targets and cultural change within your departments to deliver agreed EHS/Sustainability targets.
