Your Mission

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Department Manager to support the Store Manager in launching and developing the business successfully.

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of your department, leading your team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and operations.

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve department objectives
• Organize daily planning and ensure optimal floor coverage
• Provide continuous feedback and coaching
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-driven environment

Commercial Performance
