Reporting to CEM and assist him/her in stock ordering and maintaining the optimum stock level in the department.
Lead the team of Store Associates in the department for mass merchandising, shelf management, stock management and cleanliness of the department.
Productivity Improvement – bringing in the efficiency.
Assist FM in achieving sales targets of the department.
Mechanizing of the Department over the night following DSO (Dark Store Operations) protocols and ensure readiness of the Department before the store opening.
Responsible for presentation of products according to Planogram.
Secondary displays as per the BMPL guidelines.
Ensure all activities as per the SOPs, Compliance towards all protocols and policies.
