Job Description
Lead the Stock Unloader team at Walmart Canada in Blainville, QC, ensuring customer service and merchandise flow. Oversee unloading, sorting, and stocking in a clean, safe environment.
As a Department Manager, you will coordinate associates to facilitate the receiving of products and manage the operational flow to sales. This role involves delegating tasks, maintaining a clean workspace, and directing team efforts during unloading and processing. You’ll also coach associates and ensure proper product protection for inventory on the sales floor.
