Department Manager - Canberra

An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a Department Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our Canberra Concept Store. Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

• Hands on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
