Position

Department Head / Department Manager – full‑time, day shift, available anytime, 39 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Work with production and customer service clerks.
• Ensure implementation of exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with management to manage purchasing, inventory, price lists, merchandising, wage productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness.
• Provide team members with the necessary feedback for their professional development and the achievement of established objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent and management experience.
• Existing department manager looking for advancement and willing to complete training courses.
